The Cameron Parish Disposition Plan intends for LLT Properties to be offered first to those individuals who have qualified under the First Time Homebuyer option of the Cameron Parish Housing Program. Properties that remain after this process will then be offered back to the original landowner for re-purchasing. If the original landowner declines, the adjacent landowners will then be offered an option to buy the property. The remaining LLT properties will then be included in a public auction.
